l Comments:

It is my understanding from telephone conversations with several of the clerks and secretaries at the Combined courts, that a Bench Warrant has been issued for my arrest for an alleged failure to appear at an unannounced court appearance.

I did IN FACT and with witnesses appear before Judge Charles Hoppin on September 27th 1996 at 3PM as directed by Lt. Dave Fisher of Greenwood Village Police Department in relation to FALSE TESTIMONY filed with his department by Markus Bernard Merritt, aka Michael Thomas in furtherance of fraud, abduction, kidnapping, sequestering of Federal Witnesses and other crimes.

At that appearance, Judge Charles Hoppin did state that he would not accept Exhibits, testimony, or any other participation from this Citizen, Steve Douglas, Gartin without attendance by the adverse parties. He stated that would be EX-PARTE and is unacceptable judicial action.

Judge Charles Hoppin further stated at that time that the Plaintiffs would reschedule a new hearing and that I would be informed of the date. I replied to Judge Hoppin that I would be out of the state during the entire month of November and would be unavailable for appearance. He said that would not be a problem, and that I would be properly notified of a new hearing date.
